01 / The common thread

A career built across people-facing work and the systems around it.

Dr. Pemberton's work has moved across education, counseling, clinical supervision, behavioral-health leadership, workforce development, technology, and community service. The settings have changed, but the throughline has stayed consistent: people do better when practice is clear, relationships are strong, and systems make the next right step easier to take.

His career includes private clinical practice, counselor education, clinical program leadership, training design, supervision, advocacy, and public mental-health communication. That range shapes his current work with leaders and organizations that want to develop people, strengthen practice, and make accountability more meaningful.
