About Dr. Pemberton
Educator. Clinician. Leader. Trainer. Advocate.
Dr. Charles Pemberton, Ed.D., NCC, LPCC-S, is a TBRI® Practitioner whose work connects people, practice, and systems. His background includes counselor education, clinical leadership, supervision, behavioral-health workforce development, public mental-health communication, and professional service.
He chaired the American Counseling Association DSM-5 Task Force from 2009 to 2011, and his National Safe Scouting Committee service ended in 2025.
